Avignon is located in the heart of the Vaucluse region in southern France, is famous for two famous attractions - Le Palais des Papes (Popes' Palace) and Pont St Bénézet (the bridge, in the famous song "Sur le pont d'Avignon, on y danse, on y danse ...').

Palais des Papes is Skyline their graceful and artful towers outwards more awe-inspiring than anything inside. Famous Pont St Bénézet erected 12th Century St Bénézet on neighboring village Villeneuve reserves today four original 22 arches.
