The seventh largest city in the world, the dynamic capital of South Korea is a charming blend of old and modern.

An innovative cityscape of glass, steel and concrete skyscrapers tower over traditional wooden houses with tile roofs and a maze of cobbled streets, in clear, such as village districts. High-tech electronic equipment, neon signs calling for the attention and glitzy designer shops are just around the corner from night markets, old palaces and temples.

A tributary of the Han River winds its way through everything, bisecting the city, the cooling of the hot summers and offers moments of peace away from the masses.

Even if 11 million people live in this city, it is a safe and friendly place. The people are one of the best they can be a bit shy, but Seoulites are friendly, helpful and polite.
